Pretty villa 500metres from beach
We think our house is very aptly named Casa Preciosa (pretty house).
It is a semi-detatched bungalow with an open aspect, set within lawned gardens just a three minute walk from one of Spain's most beautiful beaches.
San Juan de los Terreros is the last village in Andalucía before the border with Murcia. It has grown up in recent years around the original little fishing village and now is a popular holiday destination. Just a stone's throw from Casa Preciosa is a beautiful new Paseo with a handful of beach bars. Not much further is the town centre with a good selection of bars and restaurants, bank and various other shops including a small supermarket and a chemist.
On the inland border of the town is a new golf course, Aguilon, in beautiful mountainous surroundings and with the reputation of being the most challenging in the area.
From our rooftop solarium the views towards the sea and the mountain are breathtaking.
