2010 Prices for Casa Preciosa
All prices are in euros but payment can be accepted in sterling at the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of transfer
Reservation deposit: 30% by bank transfer (minimum €150). May be made in sterling at the current rate of exchange at the time of transfer. Reservations are not considered firm until this has been paid.
Balance: 6 weeks before travel.
Security deposit: €200 payable in cash on arrival
SPECIAL DISCOUNT GIVEN FOR 4 WEEKS OR MORE IN THE WINTER MONTHS OCTOBER TO APRIL.
What is included?
Normally included in the price is water and a generous allowance for electriciy. Any consumption above this level is charged at cost based on start and end of stay meter readings.Please note water and electricity are not normally included during the period from October to April.
Linen and towels are are available if required
A normal end of stay clean is included but we reserve the right to charge if the property is not left in a reasonably clean state: washing up done, rubbish removed, evidence that the property has been cleaned during the stay, etc.
